You will be given the option to pay this deposit using your credit or debit card or by cash or check in the billing information section at the end of this form. This deposit is non-refundable.
If you plan to pay the deposit using a credit or debit card, your card will be automatically charged for the remaining balance on the first day of camp unless you contact us with an alternative payment method before that date.
If you plan to pay the deposit using cash or check you will be given additional instructions when the form is completed.
*We accept those who will be going into the 7th grade as of Fall 2024 as well as those seniors who graduated from high school in the class of 2024.
Drama and Music [4 remaining]
Choose this track if your child is interested in being on stage and would be open to larger roles that involve singing and increased line memorization.
Chorus and/or Small Roles [8 remaining]
Choose this track if your child is primarily interested in being involved in the musical numbers of the production and/or would be open to taking on a smaller role in the production as a secondary or background character with minimal lines.
Tech/Stage Crew [9 remaining]
Choose this track if your child would prefer to work on the behind the scenes aspects of the production - specifically working with either lighting and sound or as a stage manager, prop manager, or stage hand. Feel free to select this track plus the “Chorus and/or Smaller Roles” if your child does have some interest in being on stage.
Costumes/Makeup Crew [12 remaining]
Choose this track if your child would prefer to work on the behind the scenes aspects of the production - specifically working with costume design/creation and/or stage makeup/hair. Feel free to select this track plus the “Chorus and/or Smaller Roles” if your child does have some interest in being on stage.
Local campers can be picked up and dropped off each day if desired. They will still be able to participate in all of the camp activities.
Camper Agreement:
I am attending Alive Camp and I will gladly participate in all activities, respect others, and obey all camp rules. I understand that failure to comply with these standards could result in dismissal from camp without refund.
